Shipping

Michelle McDowell orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Butner, NC. Orders may take between 7-10 days to arrive. We do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Large orders may require additional time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return for a refund or an exchange for the same product or another product of equal value. All final sale items are final sale, and we will not accept a return for those items.

Note: if you purchased your product from a 3rd party retailer we are unable to accept your return.

You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery, and all products must be in the condition you received. 

Please note that it takes 7-10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location. Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an email from Michelle McDowell confirming when your return has been processed.

Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. Michelle McDowell will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).

Returns will be credited to the credit card used to place the original order.

If you receive a Michelle McDowell item from our website as a gift, you may exchange the item within 30 days for an item of equal or lesser value. Please contact customer service at 940-626-2064 to begin the process. If your gift was purchased from a 3rd party retailer, we are unable to accept your return.
